Because we're obsessed with quality and safety, we make our food in facilities that are regulated by the USDA with human-grade ingredients that are FDA-regulated. We are required to fully sanitize all of our equipment, as well. After the food is made, we test each and every batch of Ollie to make sure it’s safe and nutritionally adequate before sending it out. We also use a metal detector to screen each batch for the presence of foreign materials. We flash freeze the food to preserve its nutritional value and prevent spoilage in transit. We ship our food in insulated packaging so it should arrive cold—but if it is not, discard it and reach out to the Canine Care Team.
